Oct. 09, 2012 - MID-TERM Exam-AID sessions
Are you in MATH 1P98, PEKN 1P90, ACTG 1P11 or BIOL 1F90 and getting stressed about your mid-terms? Students Offering Support is here to help you through it! We are running group review sessions for these courses in the next 2 weeks taught by tutors who have already been successful in the course! For a $20 donation you can attend 3 hour interactive review session with donations going towards the building of educational development projects in Latin America!

Are you in ACTG 1P91, BIOL 1F90, PEKN 1P90 and MATH 1P98? Are you stressed about mid-terms? Students Offering Support: Brock Chapter, is here to help you through this time! We offer interactive, group review sessions that are taught by volunteer tutors who have already been successful in the course. For a $20 donation, you will receive this 3 hour session, along with an Exam-AID package that you can access after the session. Donations go towards educational development projects in Latin America. Sep. 16, 2011 - Volunteer Positions Available!
SOS: Students Offering Support is a volunteer run organization that started in 2004 at Laurier University. The organization has since spread to campuses all across Canada, and most recently to Brock University. Overall, SOS has tutored over 10,000 students and raised over $700,000 dollars. Their mission statement is “Raise Marks. Raise Money. Raise Roofs”. Local chapters, including Brock SOS, work to accomplish this goal by offering exam-aid sessions to students during mid-terms and finals. These sessions are taught by volunteer tutors who have already been successful in the course. The session consists of an interactive review of course material and gives students an opportunity to receive assistance while also raising funds for SOS - a $20 dollar donation is required to attend each review session. All donations that are collected go towards educational and sustainable development projects in Latin America to support equal access to education.
